I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?

Please allow one to two business days after processing and production for your order to ship.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order free of charge. You may cancel your order within 24 hours for the cancellation to take effect. Simply send us an email with the subject “CANCELLATION” to our email address: info@ninalo.com.

Where can I find my order number?

Your order confirmation email may have ended up in your spam folder.

If, after checking, you cannot find the confirmation email with your order number, please contact us with the subject "My order number".

Can I change the order/delivery address?

If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to make the necessary changes. Please note that once the order has been processed and shipped (24 hours after ordering), we cannot change anything.

Currently, we deliver to France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Canada, United States, United Kingdom and Australia.

Do you have a physical store where I can view the products?

Unfortunately, we do not yet have a physical store. For now, this is an online store only.

How long should I wait to receive my order?

Delivery time is 7-12 business days from the time your order is shipped from our warehouse. Due to uncontrollable circumstances (natural disasters, holidays, weather conditions, etc.), delivery may be delayed.

My product arrived damaged

If this happens to you, please contact us quoting - Your order number. - A photo or video of the damaged product. Upon receipt, we will send you a new order free of charge.
